Dona is an administrative specialist with experience within the pipeline, agribusiness, and staffing sectors. Dona has a Business Management Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). She has completed her Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) training and has achieved her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation through the Association of Canadian Search, Employment, and Staffing Services (ACSESS). Gaining experience with our firm as a Recruitment Associate, Researcher, and Business Development Manager, she has transitioned into the Administration Manager role.

Since 2009, Corina has been making a difference volunteering with the Canadian Agricultural Rural Extension Society (CARES); partnering with organizations in Tanzania to promote micro-enterprise development, particularly for women. Roxanne joins GRS with a background in agronomy and agribusiness finance. Growing up on a mixed grain farm in St. Jean Baptiste, MB, Roxanne has been part of the day-to-day aspects of the family farm. It was natural to pursue her education and career in agriculture, earning her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in agronomy from the University of Manitoba.
As the other members of the GRS team, Roxanne shares the common goal of finding candidates that share her passion for agriculture and invites those who are ready to pursue their career goals to connect with her.

These researchers assist in reducing the client’s time to hire by targeting, sourcing, and interviewing passive work-seekers to build talent communities for common searches. Contract Researchers develop targeted sourcing strategies to fill active searches. They review resumes, evaluate work history, sector experience, education and training, job skills, and other qualifications to qualify registration and brand ‘fit’. Contract Recruiters complete primary interviews to obtain and record additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, and other data pertinent to selection and relocation.
