Growing up on a mixed grain farm in St. Jean Baptiste, MB, Roxanne has been part of the day-to-day aspects of the family farm. It was natural to pursue her education and career in agriculture, earning her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in agronomy from the University of Manitoba.

These researchers assist in reducing the client’s time to hire by targeting, sourcing, and interviewing passive work-seekers to build talent communities for common searches. Contract Researchers develop targeted sourcing strategies to fill active searches. They review resumes, evaluate work history, sector experience, education and training, job skills, and other qualifications to qualify registration and brand ‘fit’. Contract Recruiters complete primary interviews to obtain and record additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, and other data pertinent to selection and relocation.
