Become a member of an international Manufacturing firm of specialized agriculture equipment through this exclusive position. Our Client is focused on developing superior systems to help farmers seed more efficiently and profitably. They require a Director of Product Exports and Imports to manage and direct all export and import duties specifically related to eastern European contacts. For nearly 20 years, our Client has experienced and maintained rapid growth which is only to continue. Become a part of this developing team in this imperative, international role!
The Director of Product Exports and Imports will participate in international travel 60% of the time. The successful applicant will manage all aspects of our Client’s export relationship with an eastern European partner and coordinate visits to local dealers within our Client’s marketplace for proficient account management. Planning, organizing and controlling all logistics involved with distributing manufactured equipment, parts and services to our Client’s export market is essential to success in this role.
This position also requires the consideration of import relations and logistics within Canada and Northern US crop areas. The Director of Product Exports and Imports will promote and support the sale of imported product lines to the dealers and distributors. HeShe must work closely with both companies within the international partnership and their applicable departments to be successful.
Qualified applicants require a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CommunicationsMarketing, AgricultureEngineering or equivalent. Proven success will be demonstrated through 5-10 years experience with Agriculture equipment. Direct experience in the areas of sales, service, warranty or parts is required. Export experience would be considered a very strong asset.
