I haven't received any e-mail from Grasslands Group. Why is this?
The Grasslands Group job board sends out e-mail to job seekers when they register, edit their account, or apply for a job. If you've done any of these things, but still haven't received a message, there may be several reasons:
1) Check to make sure that you are looking in the same e-mail account as you used to register. This is a common mistake.
2) If you use a spam filter, messages may be blocked from your account. If you can adjust your filter to accept e-mail from Grasslands Group, you should do so. If the filter is controlled by your network administrator or service provider, you may have to ask them to do this for you. If you receive a message from us that is marked as spam, we ask that you forward it to us at support@grasslandsgroup.com.
If neither of these situations apply, and you still believe there is a problem, please contact us at support@grasslandsgroup.com with the details.
