Grasslands Group's SkillScope allows you to create specific screening questions that logically shortlists your applicant base.

The SkillScope is a web-based questionnaire, professionally designed and customized to meet the needs of individual employers. Once the SkillScope is written and has met with the employer's approval, applicants can be invited to complete the questionnaire online. Employers can read and rank responses and use the results to decide which candidates should move on to the next step of the SmartHire™ process.
