Prevue Corporate Coach provides information that will assist a manager in understanding an employee's unique profile. It can also help employees to better understand themselves. The reports generated by Prevue Corporate Coach are used to assist the manager, or coach, by providing a starting point for meaningful discussion about the employee's values, needs, and objectives. The report will also provide pertinent questions for the coach to ask as well as tailored feedback for the employee. Prevue Corporate Coach is designed to provide general work related information that will initiate a positive and effective coaching function. Its applications include employee awareness, development, performance enhancement, and communication.

Understanding Style Differences are communication training programs that teach people how to assess, analyze, and coordinate personality traits, work preferences, and communication styles within an organization or a team. These programs develop the insight necessary to change behavior for improved performance. It also encourages organizations to be more effective and increase operational efficiency. There are three unique programs available: individual, group, or manager programs. An organization can choose the program that best suites their needs. Organizations help employees enjoy their job more, which ultimately maximizes the employee's potential and increases employee retention.
