The SkillScope is comprised of five or ten position-specific questions and will be developed in consultation with
the SkillScope Administration Clerk. These questions allow our client to probe more deeply into an applicant's skill
set, specific qualifications and experience as they will relate to the requirements of the position. An applicant's
responses to these questions helps flesh out the picture of their "fit" for the position. The results will be
confidentially posted for the client to rank and rate each applicant's qualifications. The rating sheet results will be
posted for viewing and report generation.
