Grasslands Group Inc. is an Employment Services Company that has provided human resource services and products
to thousands of employers and has placed over 1500 workers across the prairie provinces of Western Canada since
1993. Our corporate Head Office is in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. We are dedicated to the continued growth and
diversity of the western Canadian economy. Our team of human resource professionals understands the western
Canadian labor market and the needs of prairie employers. With over 50 years of combined management experience, our
corporate personnel have contributed significantly to their communities as volunteers and organizers. They have first
hand knowledge of Western Canada and its labor market, either as business operators, recruiters or trainers. Grasslands
Group is a corporate member of A.C.S.E.S.S. and maintains associates and business partnerships in various industries and
business sectors throughout Canada. Service delivery is their mandate.

The SmartHire™ Process is a self-serve, web-based HR Department, dedicated to providing prairie
employers and prairie workseekers a place to find each other. The SmartHire™ Process was developed by Grasslands
Group Inc. in response to today's prairie labor market. Because it is tailored to the needs of our specific geographic
region, the unique products & services available through the SmartHire™ Process will provide greater value to both
Western Canadian employers and workseekers than its nationally focused competitors. Employers can post their career
openings and receive pre-qualified applicants who want to work on the prairies. Additionally, work seekers can maximize
their exposure to top prairie employers and apply for career opportunities in their geographic area.
The SmartHire™ Process provides prairie employers with a smarter way to hire. The SmartHire™ Process is
comprised of 10 steps. Each step has been developed and refined by Grasslands Group, an independent HR service provider
to the prairie provinces of Western Canada since 1993. Our profiling, interviewing, backgrounding and testing services
are proven to reduce your hiring risks. While each step of the process can be purchased independently, the inclusion of
an additional SmartHire™ step to your existing HR practices each year can significantly improve your internal
