Our Temporary to Permanent Placement Service is comprised of the following phases:
Set-Up Phase - Grasslands Group will gather information about the company, job opportunity,
compensation package, short-listing criteria and create an'applicant target profile'. Work-seekers will be
assessed for target profile fit. As candidates become available resume files and reports will be provided to the
company for consideration. A non-refundable interim payment will be invoiced and payable upon conclusion of the
Set-Up phase.
Selection Phase - The company will interview selected candidates and advise the service provider,
after each interview, whether placement will or will not occur.
Placement Phase - The temporary employee will be placed at the companies place of business,
while being employed by Grasslands Group. Grasslands Group shall be responsible to pay all wages and all mandatory
employment costs. The company shall pay Grasslands Group an agreed upon hourly service rate for each hour worked.
Buy-Out Phase - The company will be entitled to buy-out the 'Temporary Assignment Agreement' for
a buy-out fee and then hire the temporary employee on a permanent basis.
Buy-Out Fee will be based on a percentage of the aggregate annual compensation.
