your company and corporate culture and the geographic area and community information to create a marketing
profile.

advertising and marketing strategy to connect with the targeted and desired applicants.

and information data gathering forms to interpret past behaviours, styles, and experiences of the applicants.
- Search for Applicants - Initiate applicant-targeted search.

cultural, corporate, and skill set 'job fit' and their ability to contribute to your organization, it's
strategic plan and your community.

verify acceptable past performances, behaviours, styles, competencies, and fit.
