Our Applicant Referral Service is comprised of the following phases:
Set-Up Phase - The service provider
will gather information about the company, job opportunity,
compensation package, short-listing criteria and create
an'applicant target profile'. The candidate(s) will
be assessed for target profile fit. As candidates become
available resume files and reports will be provided
to the company for consideration. A non-refundable interim
payment will be invoiced and payable upon conclusion
of the Set-Up phase.
Selection Phase - The company will interview selected job candidate(s) and advise the service
provider, after each interview, whether selection will or will not occur
Billing Schedule - Balance of service fee(s) will be billed and payable on date of hire. If the
company or an associate of the company hires a referred applicant after the term of contract, the regular service
fees will apply.
Final service fee will be based on a percent of the aggregate annual compensation. As a partial service, limited
applicant backgrounding will be completed. No "Job Fit" guarantee will apply.
